换热机组是由换热器、温控阀组、疏水阀组(热媒为蒸汽时)循环泵、电控柜、底座、管路、阀门、仪表等组成,并可加装膨胀罐、水处理设备、水泵变频控制、温控阀、远程通讯控制等,从而构成一个完整的热交换站。优点:(1) 提高热媒与被加热水流速,变层流换热为紊流换热。(2) 将换热部分与贮热部分完全隔开,达到既提高换热效果又使贮热部分全部贮存热水消除冷、滞水区之目的。

Product Overview

The Volumetric Heat Exchange Unit is an intelligent heat exchange system integrating a heat exchanger, circulation pumps, make-up pumps, temperature control valves, electrical control cabinet, and various sensors. With modular design, the equipment is assembled and tested at the factory, requiring only pipeline and power connections on-site. It is widely used in central heating, air conditioning, and industrial process heat exchange applications.

Working Principle

The Volumetric Heat Exchange Unit exchanges heat between the primary heating medium (steam or high-temperature water) and secondary circulating water in the heat exchanger. The control system automatically adjusts the primary side electric control valve based on secondary water outlet temperature and outdoor temperature sensor signals, achieving precise control of secondary supply water temperature. The make-up system automatically activates the make-up pump based on system pressure to maintain stable pressure.
