The Manifold is a specialized equipment for water purification and treatment. It removes suspended solids, impurities, hardness ions, and microorganisms through physical, chemical, or physicochemical methods, bringing water quality to domestic and industrial standards. Working Principle
The Manifold employs different treatment principles based on the process. Filtration equipment removes suspended particles through multi-layer filter media or mesh cartridges. Hydrocyclone separators use centrifugal force to separate particles denser than water. Electronic water treatment devices use high-frequency electromagnetic fields to alter water molecule structure and prevent scale formation. Selection Guide
When selecting the Manifold, conduct water quality analysis first to understand main pollutant types and concentrations. Choose equipment specifications based on treatment water volume. For high suspended solids content, multi-stage treatment is recommended. Select materials based on water corrosiveness; for seawater or high-chloride water, 316L stainless steel or higher-grade materials are recommended.
