Product Overview

The Plate Heat Exchange Unit is an intelligent heat exchange system integrating a heat exchanger, circulation pumps, make-up pumps, temperature control valves, electrical control cabinet, and various sensors. With modular design, the equipment is assembled and tested at the factory, requiring only pipeline and power connections on-site. It is widely used in central heating, air conditioning, and industrial process heat exchange applications.

Working Principle

The Plate Heat Exchange Unit exchanges heat between the primary heating medium (steam or high-temperature water) and secondary circulating water in the heat exchanger. The control system automatically adjusts the primary side electric control valve based on secondary water outlet temperature and outdoor temperature sensor signals, achieving precise control of secondary supply water temperature. The make-up system automatically activates the make-up pump based on system pressure to maintain stable pressure.
