Compared to plate heat exchanger gaskets, we are not unfamiliar with them. There are three common installation methods for sealing gaskets in daily maintenance of plate heat exchangers. We hope to be proficient in installing sealing gaskets for plate heat exchangers.
Plate heat exchanger sealing gaskets can be divided into three forms according to the installation method:
(1) Direct bonding type, which is to apply sealant on the sealing gasket and directly stick it to the installation groove of the plate heat exchanger heat exchanger plate.
(2) Glue nail inlay type refers to the installation holes designed on the heat exchange plate of the plate heat exchanger, and glue nails designed on the edge of the sealing gasket. After placing the sealing gasket into the installation groove, the glue nails are embedded in the assembly holes.
(3) Buckling type refers to the design of fastening nails on the edge of the sealing gasket, which are used to fasten the sealing gasket onto the heat exchange plate of the plate heat exchanger.
