; 1、 Heat transfer plate
; The heat transfer plate is the main heat exchange element of the heat exchanger. Generally, the corrugation is in the shape of a figure. According to the different fluid media, the material of the heat transfer plate is also different. Most of them are made of stainless steel and titanium.
2、 Sealing gasket
; The sealing gasket of plate heat exchanger mainly plays a sealing role between the heat exchange plates. Materials include nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, fluororubber, etc. Different rubbers are used according to different media.
3、 Two end pressure plate
; The two end pressure plate is mainly used to clamp and press all the heat transfer plates to ensure that the fluid medium does not leak.
4、 Clamping bolt
; The clamping bolt mainly serves to tighten the pressure plates at both ends of the plate heat exchanger. Clamping bolts are generally double threaded, and when pre tightening the bolts, the torque of the fixed plate is evenly distributed.
5、 Hanging rack
Mainly to support the heat exchange plate, making it easy to disassemble, clean, assemble, etc.
There are many pipes inside the oil cooler, through which cooling water flows and exchanges heat with the lubricating oil through the pipe wall, achieving the purpose of cooling the lubricating oil. The main function of the oil cooler is to cool the lubricating oil and maintain the temperature of its bearings within the normal range during the operation of the turbine and generator.
